Dynamic Minds
As Vice President of the Dynamic Minds Club from February to December 2023, I had the opportunity to lead and participate in various creative activities promoting chess culture. I managed content on the club’s fan page, creating unique posts on chess variants such as Dark Chess, Fortress Chess, and Four-player Chess, each attracting an average of 1,200 views and 60 interactions. Notably, I organized the “Chess Game in Real Life” event for 32 students from Cao Xa A Middle School. The students played “human chess” with pieces labeled on their chests and engaging rules, providing an exciting and insightful chess experience. The students actively participated with enthusiasm.
Additionally, I collaborated with Doan Thi Diem Primary School in Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi, to organize bi-weekly chess lessons for 60 second graders. The course concluded with a friendly chess tournament divided into 10 groups, with a total prize pool of 6,000,000 VND awarded to the top 5 winners.
Libertus Reading Club
As a member of the Organizing Committee of the Libertus Reading Club from November 2022 to June 2023, I helped organize the Book Festival at 19/05 Book Street in Hoan Kiem District, attracting nearly 500 attendees. The event aimed to promote a reading culture among young people through various activities, including book exchanges, new release showcases, and author talks. These experiences not only helped me develop my event organization skills but also contributed to creating a space that connected book lovers.
Youth Discovery Summer Camp 2023 organized by AIESEC
As a delegate at the Youth Discovery Summer Camp 2023 organized by AIESEC in July 2023, I actively participated in fundraising activities for children with disabilities at the Hanoi Skills and Vocational Training Center. By selling handcrafted products made by the children at Hoan Kiem Lake’s pedestrian zone, I successfully raised 3 million VND. This activity not only provided financial support but also raised community awareness about the abilities and potential of children with disabilities, giving them more opportunities for personal growth.
